Turkish Cypriots went through torture through the year of 1963 - 1974. Many Turkish Cypriots were murdered. Some were burried alive, yet the European Union Chooses to ignore these CRIMES. TURKISH CYPRIOTS DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE, OR ENJOY LIFE. Stop the Ignorance of the Turkish Cypriot people, and recognise that the Cyprus PROBLEM WAS NOT CAUSED BY TURKEY. On 22nd of July 1989 a Cypriot national Mrs. Titina Loizidou filed an a application against Turkey
to the European Commision of Human Rights. Her application resulted in three judgements by the
European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg) which held Turkey responsible for human rights
violations in the northern part of Cyprus, which is under overall control of the Turkish armed forces.
