Villa Cardita represents a beautiful example of a typical ragusan farm recently restructured in the respect of the original architectural characteristics and transformed to a house for vacations. The villa is situated between the city of Ragusa and the sea (Marina of Ragusa) the distance of 10 kms. The landscape is that of the typical country of the province of Ragusa, sprinkled of farms built in the typical walls of stone that flank the roads and they divide the varied private ownerships. The beaches of thin sand can be reached in a few minutes by car. While in less than an hour it is possible to reach centers of particular importance as Noto, Camarina, Modica, Ispica with its cave, Avola with its little ponds and the beautiful city of Syracuse. A small distance away is the ancient castle of Donnafugata, and in less than 20 minutes it is possible to reach the beautiful Baroque center of Ragusa Ibla where there are numerous momumentis built in Baroque Sicilian style. It is also possible to eat in the typical restaurants inside buildings of this period. 8 kms away a supermarket is found. It characterizes Villa Cardita the big courtgard, that is the very ample inside court and taken care of in the particular with attractive walls, stairs and a flooring of particular merit. The courtguard, exclusively reserved for the guests, are endowed with garden equipment and of barbecue. Particularly calm position. Ample sight on the typical countryside. Possibility to rent rafts or boats for excursions or water ski. In 20 minutes by car the place of Marina of Ragusa is reached with local beach, discos (between which the Koala-maxi, the biggest disco of the South of Italy), pubs, aquatic park etc.
P.T.: ample kitchen/dinner (ca. 50 m2), livingroom (ca. 50 m2) with fireplace, 1 double room with small bath and shower, 1 bathroom with shower. 1° floor.: 2 rooms with two beds. On application possibility of little bed baby. Internally, nice and original country furnishings once a big part of the walls of the livingroom. There is ping pong in an external room. Traditional and comforting furnishing. In the proximities possibility to acquire genuine products of the area , typical cheese Bicycles are available for the guests. Possibility of horse riding in the typical country-side.
